Every time that Bert and Ernie looking ref works a Wild game they never get any calls.
Was hoping our “grit” guys would at least hit someone.
To have one of our top defenseman injured on a dirty play that doesn’t get called or punished because he was still trying to play hockey is a fucking joke.
It should have been called a 5 so they can review it, and then it probably would have gone down to a 2 after review
I said this in the PGT, but I wonder if it would’ve made a difference if Brodin had stayed down on the ice after the hit to get a whistle. Idk maybe, maybe not.
