My upside to attending this game: got to meet /u/dwisp, /u/retiredcrayon11, and /u/futuregoalie. Great to see you guys!! 😊
I miss the duck so fuckin much 😓
Tank commanders doing their jobs to perfection
This is just pathetic
Can season ticket prices go down? Paying $88 a game for this bullshit is crazy.
dont worry guys im going to the game on tuesday and im gonna yell « hey dummies, cut it out with the losing » and i fully expect that will turn things around
#WE MAY NEVER WIN AGAIN
😔😔😔my knee hurts like hell and my heart hurts worse. Oh, boys.
This game wasn’t even interesting. Lol
*fart noises*
Seattle Kraken 2023-24 season: https://youtu.be/9_8nY_LQL3w?t=60
On paper this team should be better, perhaps much better. But they seem to have the opposite scoring and puck luck as last season for what is likely a combination of factors. I’ll continue watching and supporting as always but I think it is just about time to shift to thinking about the trade deadline and the offseason.
ʘ‿ʘ
Dont think of it as an eight game losing streak. Think of it as an eight game winning streak for our opponents
Is it time to start looking up Macklin Celebrini highlights?
We just lost ~10% of the season in a row.
This is miserable to watch for me. It’s one thing to be on a streak like this, but it’s late. I guess if they call-up the odd rookie from the minors and get them some time with the big club it could be worth it.
I am not at all going to abandon them – they are still my #1 team across any sport, and this hurts a lot.
But WTF do we think is going on with them? I don’t think last season can be considered a fluke. I don’t think almost going to the 3rd round is a fluke, they were legit a good and dangerous team last season. I know we lost some guys but I have a hard time chalking this massive regression to that … I know injuries have been an issue too, but something just seems off.
I think that intangible « what is it » is what is so frustrating for me personally with all of this.
First it was the Seahawks losing to the fucking 49ers, and now this. What an awful Sunday for Seattle. =(
And it’s too bad that we can no longer ask Ohtani to come up here and help fix our offense.
What does winning feel like Pa? Tell me the story again
Could we change the name of this thread to « Post Game Therapy » for this season?
The Wild fired their head coach after 7 straight losses.
Buzz’s girlfriend…woof
They look like they’ve given up. At no point tonight did it look like they had a goal in them. What a disappointment this stretch has been.
Matty is -19 on the season with 4 goals. Bump him down a line or two FFS.
It’s hard watching this Larsson interview. He doesn’t even believe in the “positive” he is trying to speak on .. seriously just say you are pissed off and need to see changes…
At least in their first year I didn’t stop watching games until April. December is a new record…
It’s funny, we’re bottom 5 in both goaltending and scoring. But we manage to underperform even that.
We’ll score 3, only to let in 4. Then we’ll have a game like tonight where we hold the other guys to 2, only to not score.
We’re definitely getting the least out of what little we do have.
Every 5v5 shot is a 3 pointer. The only time they can get off shots that are in the same zip code at the goal is on power play.
I wish I was disappointed by this, but I’ve bottomed out at apathy.
I really hope this team turns it around ASAP because having to sit in the 300’s at T-Mobile Park in January for the Winter Classic is going to be physically and emotionally excruciating. Even got the jersey over the Rangers third jersey that got recently released…
I just want someone to say to the media they are pissed off. Show some emotion, not going through the motions.
I miss Ryan Donato
Okay, I’m still not a doomer, but I’ve come around and am starting to believe we’re not very good. The arena was lifeless tonight
