Been a great experience, all three seasons. Sad that we didn't get to see the amazing tandem of Panda and Flower in playoffs. I was really looking forward to that.

Just a thought, I wonder if Vegas has maintained success after the entry draft year due to the fact they are not hampered by a lot of poor contracts. Teams that have been around for years all have several contracts on their books that limit their future development(Lucic would be a good example) where as Vegas has not had time to experience it…yet.

Regarding Fleury,you said something I've been saying since he left my Penguins,which is that he would not be playing as well as he has if he'd stayed in Pgh. He seems to need some kind of adversity to bring the best out of him. Whenever he got benched in Pgh.,he'd be unbelievable for a while,until the slight wore off,and then he was a mixed bag. Which could be greatly frustrating. That being said,I still love and miss him here,but I wish him nothing but success,and I'm glad he's doing well for the Knights.

VGK's game channel has shown a lot of the inaugural season games during the pause. James Neal was huge for us that year. Sadly for him, he hasn't been able to replicate his performance from that year elsewhere.
I find it funny that an expansion team in the Golden Knights have already tied with the Panthers for consecutive playoff seasons, and could surpass them by 1 should the season continue.
