  1. As best I can tell this was a recording from within the spectrum itself. Probably for coaches to evaluate positioning. That horrible corner angle was only used for replays in a normal broadcast. Every once in a while, whoever was recording this, switched the recording to the Prism broadcast when play stopped. They also switched from the radio broadcast voices at the beginning (Gene Hart & Bobby Taylor) to the Prism cable broadcast team of Gary Dornhoefer (just retired) & unidentified play-by-play guy. Prism didn't air commercials during that time period during sporting events.

  2. Until L.A. management found a match for Dionne, the Kings had crap offense. No big names on the team, except Goring.

  3. What a game and that was only the 1st period. After all these years, I'll never figure out what Randy Holt did to get himself a "Triple Game Misconduct" and set a record for the most penalty minutes in a game: 57 minutes if memory serves me correctly. In my opinion, I miss this kind of hockey. However, I'm likely in the minority.

  4. 51:25 sounds like you can hear the first punch Bridgeman connected with. I dont ever actually remember hearing a dude get hit like that before in a hockey fight.
