I’m sad I’m 0/2 this year for getting to see Cale on the ice but that was a fun game to be at nonetheless. NEXT Gen night is always one of my favorites and I was so excited to get to see one in person finally! All of the kids did so great. I’m also not afraid to admit that that was the first and only time I’ve ever cried during the national anthem lol. Beautiful stuff
Two rednecks flew to Canada on a hunting trip.
They chartered a small plane to take them into the Rockies for a week hunting moose.
They managed to bag 6. As they were loading the plane to return, the Pilot said the plane could take only 4 moose.
The two guys objected strongly. « Last year we shot six. The pilot let us take them all and he had the same plane as yours. »
Reluctantly, the pilot gave in and all six were loaded. The plane took off. However, while attempting to cross some mountains, even on full power, the little plane couldn’t handle the load and went down.
Somehow, surrounded by the moose bodies, only the two rednecks survived the
crash.
After climbing out of the wreckage, Billy Ray asked Billy Bob, « Any idea where we
are? »
Billy Bob replied, « I think we’re pretty close to where we crashed last year. »
Last night’s game was a nice pallet cleaner after a sucky Saturday.

I really hope with a schedule like this for the next 3 the boys can get a nice streak going and some confidence built. They really seem to have a tough time being consistent and beating on these low standing teams can hopefully get them on the right track. Not that being 1st in the Central and 5th in the league isn’t where we want to be, but it could always be better.
Does anyone remember specifically what Cale was dealing with towards the end of last season? I was going through some articles from March/April and it sounds like the same issue. LBI, some days it’s fine and some days it’s not. Makar said over the summer he didn’t really make any progress with it. What is it?
