Why does this team do this to me..just as I’m content with losing, tanking and rebuilding for the 5th time this season, they have me feeling optimistic and looking at the standings, again. They’ll probably do this a dozen more times before the seasons out.

Hmm. OIlers fan here, but Flames are growing on me. They battle hard and have impressive goaltending. Would be good to have a Battle of Alberta again.
This team has some sandpaper. Marky was incredible. Backs was a beast. The entire state of Flawda is now property of the Calgary Flames. What more could you want for Christmas?

I’ve never seen a player have less chemistry with literally anyone on the ice than Huberdeau does in this system. I don’t even fault the guy he looks like he tries every game and the guys skill seems to still be there, just cannot figure out the fit.
Played a very good and hard nosed Florida team, and I thought we stuck to our zone system extremely well – nice to see it really working
