I really don’t think that’s the issue. For some reason this team looks completely lost in their own zone (they have been horrible for years in their own zone)
But they now look like they have no will yo fight and take any type of battle in the corners.
Last time I said this people got mad. But Power was never worth his current contract and isn’t remotely close. It wasn’t a simple overpayment, he got elite money.
I’m just glad we all get to be shit together. If Ottawa was where everyone was hyping them up to be this season, I’d feel a lot worse. Even though we suck, at least I get to have some schadenfreude.

If you’ve been watching us, you know. Complete disarray. Our goalies were bad, now they are bad and hurt. Our captain has been going through the worst personal shit and then the unfortunate mid game knock out has him « embarrassed ». I know Perron made a really dumb move but he’s so incredibly important to our team. Just a complete domino effect of crap. I’m not even covering everything but yeah, most of us fans have been brought right back down to earth. I was flying high too and now I’m pretty grumbly.
I was JUST thinking about this. Makes our season seem like a lot less of an anomaly, I wonder why none of these three teams can put it together
