Hopefully he’s relaying all this to the players because this has been a good stretch of games.
Kochetkov is stealing us points in games we get forced out of and we have found points in 6 straight. Big one Saturday to put us right back up in the standings.
Your positivity is vomit-inducing sometimes. Nowhere does it say anything about crap play allowing games against Washington, Pittsburgh and Nashville even get to overtime, let alone a shootout. This team should be better than this and you know it.
It, unfortunately, is a glaring hole in our offense. We get so many breakaways but nearly zero goals. And it translates to shootouts. Hopefully these SO losses are a reminder to practice them more with all of our players. They were pretty dynamite last year, hoping they’ll figure it out this year soon.
Goal scoring remains an issue, it’s so obvious on nights like these. Kochetkov is becoming number 1 nyetminder
