Direct head shot with interference to boot (puck was not there yet), and the refs call nothing which caused the "fight". It's becoming clear that they are trying to increase fights and payback hits in the NHL by ignoring penalty calls. The Stanley Cup's going to come down to which team has half of their roster not on IR for the playoffs.

The leagues code is so ass backwards these days. Like why is everyone fighting just because someone gets hit hard. It’s so stupid. Like hitting is part of the game, pick your ass up off the ice n move on. Like if it’s a greasy dirty hit, than jump in, but guys are retaliating for nothing but good clean hard hits. N than hurting their teams with picking up instigators. If your so butt hurt bout a clean check, take a number n get him the next shift so you don’t get an extra deuce. None of this new code makes sense to me, on any level
