  1. Just admit it…..you love how 2023 has been for the Panthers…you know we are going to kick ass in 2024…..and as I said prior to season start….conference final is our floor and how we blew the Knights and Tampa is showing just how strong and deep we are… Happy New Year and let’s bring a cup to Sunrise 🔪🩸🏒🦷

  2. As for goalies I feel that we need to move from Knight…of Stolarz is good the entire season, we keep him, move Knight out and save a ton on cap space, that’s our move ideally, predicated on Stolarz showing he can maintain that play for the season as a solid back up

  3. Regarding Tkachuk. Florida has seen three different scoring leaders over the past three season. Huberdeau, Tkachuk, now Reinhart. Each year the team was slightly different. We're seeing a different player emerge each year. A different leader who's stepping up to be "the guy" so to speak. Maybe next year it's Barkov leading in points. After the Cup run, casual fans now expect Tkachuk to lead the team every year with over a hundred points, multiple game winners, and forty goals or they think something's off. Consider this, Tkachuk played on the best line in hockey in his last year with Calgary. He put up 26 points in the first 29 games. Then after the New Years, dude heated up, and put up 33 points in 22 games. Then he really went off. Put up 45 points in 31 games. Tkachuk scored 78 points in just 53 games from Jan to Apr 2022. Maybe he goes off after New Years again like he did in the past. Or he could be settling into a slightly different role with the team than last year. Which isn't unusual since this has happened with the Panthers top scorer over the past three years. The lack of working out in the offseason due to injury might explain some of the drop in production, but I doubt it's proof positive that the player has changed and now downgraded from 100 point scorer to below a point per game guy permanently. We'll see what happens.

  4. Knight is an average goalie in the AHL making 4.5m, he has no value in the trade market unless he up his game between now and the trade deadline. Also they need to play Stolarz more against the better competition before we know if he can hold up. He hasn't done well against the better teams so far.

  5. Stolarz is are best option for backup goalie. Yes the rebounds are concerning at times but at the end of the day, I don’t hear anyone calling for knight to be moved back up

  6. What's the story on Luostarinen? Big Finnish center-man, maybe taking his countryman's spot? Lundell is from Espoo, and that's what he's playing like.
