Do they get paid extra to play in the all star game? Obviously players are already well compensated but I’m just curious. Hopefully the Bjorkstrand family can squeeze in some sunshine and warm weather on the way back from Toronto.

Lol Bjorkstrand looks bummed and I don’t blame him. Sounds like he had a nice warm vacation planned in SoCal with his family, and now he has to go to Toronto in winter to play in an exhibition game.
Why do they force guys to do this?

He probably promised his wife a nice sunny warm vacation after they welcomed their baby last year and now he gets to go home and be like « umm sorry for having my baby and going through the pain and all and I know I promised you a break…..but we going to cold ass Toronto! » LOL
