  1. Its to bad McDavid missed that empty net. Still pretty good gane though, Skinner was very good as well

  2. This guy has the team at .74 points percentage since taking over. It's absurd how things have radically turned around. Everyone is underestimating the Oilers.

  3. Yep, I was so wrong about this relative unknown. He has certainly had a big impact in a quiet and confident way. The boys are giving it theur all for sure.

  4. He needs to fix the lines and start rolling lines. He's turned the oilers back into a 1 line team with no depth and playing the top line far too many minutes. He's setting the team up for failure come playoffs.
If you don't have enough top 6 you split them up so your centers have at least 1 winger that has finish. Draisaitl centering a 3rd and 4th liner is a disaster.

  5. I was very much in the camp of firing woody was a mistake. However this move has been brilliant.

The first winning streak could have been the new coach winning bump, but 2 months later the team is just different than at the start. They are confident and very solid. Keep it going.

  6. The big difference between the coaches is the fact that Kris doesn’t act or talk like he’s the smartest guy alive and beyond reproach. Woody let his ego get in the way.

  7. I like how he is using everybody, there a lot of good players on the team. This gives the key players to rest. I like that Coffee has the defenceman on track. Let's go Oilers

  8. He’s gotta be in the discussion for coach of the year at this point. They look so much harder to play against since he and Coffey have taken over no easy stuff around the net. If they end up in the wild card there’s no team going to want to play them imo.

  9. I have always thought this coach was excellent. He did an incredible job coaching Erie in the OHL and now he is simply continuing his legacy in the NHL.
