The tail end of the Bruce Boudreau era was so insane that it’s honestly really funny now looking back on it. I don’t think I ever felt more down on the team than I did when they would every single game without fail start super hot, pull out to a two or three goal lead and then immediately choke it away the nanosecond the third period (or sooner) started.
It’s insane that this is mostly the same team given how they would fold like a cheap suit at the faintest whiff of adversity to now being undefeated when holding a lead into the third.
