First and foremost, I love this team and i will follow along… it’s been very difficult and frustrating this season. I don’t watch or follow along to near as many games as I can’t justify the time to sit down and watch loosing efforts but that being said it is nice to see them win against a division rival. Timmy is my favourite Sen so it was very nice to see him have a good game.
If we are talking moves to be made my opinions are the following. Norris, he hasn’t been available very much and when he is he hasn’t made much of a difference since his 35 goal season. The Sens can clearly bridge that gap without as they have had to do and when he is available he isn’t producing like an $8 million guy. That’s a lot of cap space taken up for a guy that isn’t producing.
#2 chabot. A lot of Sens fans get on Chabby for his play and at this point I don’t think that he needs to go BUT again with his contract and the no move clause coming up next year, it worries me that he has already hit his prime. I feel like they can plug his gap with someone that is a better defensive defensemen for less than $8mil a year. If Chyn wants to be here you sign him, if not trade him for assents to made the D better. In that case keep Chabby.
