Oh for fuck sakes
Soucy keeps getting injured and Juulsen keeps replacing him. It’s been the story of the season. The Noah’s Arc, if you will.
That sucks. He was looking solid.
That stinks. Soucy was playing well and the team’s overall structure and play got a serious lift after his return.
Hate to see any corresponding sag in the standings, given Edmonton may never lose again and still has four games in hand.
Damn it! Feel bad for him he’s had a rough season injury wise.
At least that time has less games than normal because of the ASG. Juulsen is back in, he was looking great before Soucy replaced him.
Buddy has never played a full NHL season. I wonder if management even considered his injury issues before we acquired him?

Good thing Juulsen has become good on the PK too, because the last month our PK has been 3rd best in the league and Soucy has been a big part of that.
Once again Soucy might come back during an Eastern trip after All Star break

If you could from Saturday, 3 weeks is Feb 10 is vs. the Red Wings, so minimum 5 games missed, and possibly up to 9 if it’s a full 4 weeks.
The fact that he’ll be out vs. CAR and BOS on Feb 6th and 8th respectively is gonna suck.

Poor guy can’t catch a break. He’s been huge any time he’s been in. Juulsen gotta step back up and he’s great on the PK too, so we should be alright.
Got like a 10 day break coming up so he shouldn’t miss too much time. Gotta lock in and take care of these games before the break to soften the blow. Very winnable games.

We need to go all in and add more depth on D if we want to maximize our opportunity this year.

Soucy is a differencemaker. So steady in all zones, with size. Just need him firing for the playoffs and I’m okay.

He has had a tough season for injuries. Now this forces us to look at trading for a defenceman instead of improving the forward group.
Honestly Carson Soucy is a hero for channeling all of the Canucks injury luck himself to keep the rest of the team healthy.
Carson is arguably our 3rd best defenceman when healthy… le sighs.
