  1. They skipped Buffalo last year lol. Last year it made sence because they recorded it before the Skinner trade. Maybe this year it was because the McCabe signing? Lol

  2. Calgary Flames would probably have better success with a lower seed in the playoffs. Equals less expectations.

  3. wtf is this dumbass talking about . Monnahan , johnny hockey , lindholm and tkatchuk are young … hes saying they had career years … please there careers are just getting started

  4. No one understands what Lucic is there for, his physical stats are whats important

  5. I think we should have given neal another year and then made a choice but hopefully lucic can give us a boost

  6. Why the HELL do you think Lucic will play on the third line? Have you even looked at the flames roster?

  7. – The Flames might be good enough to contend for a playoff spot again next season but probably won't reach 50 wins or 100 points again, at least we shall see. They'll need all-world goaltending to be considered a legit contender next season. Does anyone really think Rittich & Talbot can give them that at all?? Rittich might be capable perhaps.

  8. Honestly, rittich signed a two year contract. So either he will be very good. Or he shot himself in the foot and he will be bad. Let’s just hope for the best.

  9. First round against Av's could of gone either way. In 3 of the games the Flames had the lead into the 3rd.

  10. Big save dave will make lucic a winner and flames need a dmen maybe mcquaid or phaneuf with valimaki out

  11. Jesus he’s petty.. here’s why the flames will win the pacific. 1. Top line chemistry will continue to build, last year was the first year monny and Johnny had a rw who can play up to their skill level. I predict an even better year from at least 2 of the 3 guys on this line. 2. Deep d, gio shows no signs of slowing down and is a low mileage guy for being 35, and should be even better if they play Andersson with him considering how many turnovers Brodie had last year. Great shutdown pair with hanifin and hamonic. 3. Tkachuk. He said that tkachuk had a career year and yeah he did.. also he’s coming off his elc and has not even come close to hitting his ceiling.. I see tkachuk in the 80-90 point range this year. 4. Goaltending should be better, smith was sub .900 for the first half of last year, if they had of gotten some key saves at certain moments they could have ran away with the division by the all star break, then rittich came in and stood on his head until he was injured half way through the season, after that he still put up respectable numbers. Rittich comes in healthy this year along with cam talbot who aside from last year has been a very reliable backup with flashes of starter potential who is playing for his next contract with the d core the flames have in front of him(compare the flames d with the oilers d you have to expect higher shot quality against along with more gaa). I believe the flames will be solid in goal. I wont get into the toughness that I believe lucic brings to the flames especially come playoff time, it should be more of a help than whatever Neal was doing last year but it won’t be one of the reasons they win the pacific.. you take all that into account along with the sharks being one year older up front and losing joe pavelski their only real competition for the 1 seed will likely be Vegas and I believe they will come out on top. End rant.

  12. Disagree with their placement. How many games did they lose early in the year when they refused to play Rittich even when Smith was terrible. I think that can even out any drop off from the offense.
Additionally, who is going to challenge in the Pacific? VGK, ARI(?), SJS? Calgary could easily be the #2 of that group.

  13. Dude. mike smith was so good in the playoffs these guys are retarted and don't know a thing about hockey and they also skipped buffalo again.
