It was a stupid game. Jets missing 4 key players and cant score on a bad goaltender with awful defense.
And the leafs can’t score on the Jets with their best players against a backup goalie. Granted Broissoit is an amazing goalie and the Jets are the best defensive team. But the Jets also gave up 5 penalties.

I gotta say watching Sammy this season has been painful. He would flop around and looked uncomfortable. Last night he was steady and waited for shots to come to him and reacted quickly. Looked like a completely different guy out there. Hopefully this is the guy we see from now on.
But no goalie should ever have to face a 2 on fucking 0…especially when you have the power play
