So refreshing to hear him have so much unequivocal faith in the strength of the room this year. We’ve come so far since he started here and outright said the room was a mess.

Torts has so much hockey knowledge when he talks coaching I listen . He’s better coach now
Drysdale is a smaller size player than I’d realized..when you have the kind of high end skating skills he possesses..at NHL level you certainly draw a lot of physical outcomes.
Always interesting to watch the smaller guys cope with that. Many have succeeded such as Patrick Kane and Marchessault in Vegas.

I just love Torts! Man…if there was one thing I'd ride these young guys about..that drives me insane…is the unforced turnovers. There are just so many and so unnecessary!!! I think when he mentions the speed of the games…this is one of the reasons. Guys looking to pass way to soon when they have time and space to take a few steps before moving the puck. Would love someone in the press to ask him about unforced turnovers!
