  1. It’s a tough decision I can imagine. With the way the forwards have been playing. It almost seems like a top 6 winger is the need. The forwards would slot in better. Maybe Foegle drops back into the bottom 6. Wonder if Patrick Kane or Vlad Tarasenko would make sense if the money can work. And maybe a couple veteran dman that can slot in, if a d man’s play drops down the stretch. Maybe a Zach Bogosian or Joel Edmundson

  2. To me I would go for Sean Walker and for goaltender if I could get Marc Andre Flurry just for Skinner for play off advice and put him as back up for Skinner if not I would keep the goaltenders but give Olivia Rodrigueae a chance to play goalie in the NHL and see what he does and if he does better then Pickard maybe do a switch

  3. Unpopular opinion here but Ceci has been lowkey good for the Oilers, and I don't think Sean Walker is an upgrade over Ceci defensively. Easy pass on Jake Allen.

  4. I like the 2 players out of Anaheim. The d man would make more sense. If we traded Campbell and broberg the money would work

  5. Question! How are the Oil gonna afford any of these guys? They currently have $375.000 in cap space….Dumping Campbell ain’t gonna be easy!

  6. Hard pass, none of these players move the needle for me. Duclair the only one that would be interesting seeing how we need some size. if we could get him for nothing maybe. Would'nt move ceci he's playing well. If it was some how in the realm of possibility it would be cool to see fluery in Edmonton other then that our main need is a depth d-man.

  7. Problem with Allen is he will never be a #1 goalie in Edmonton & will only get starts like Pickard does. He will never be in a big game unless Skinner gets hurt. He gets 40% of the starts in Montreal. I don’t think he’ll be happy with a very reduced role he’ll have in Edmonton. And he’s too pricey for what we need. We need a good & experienced #2 goalie. That’s all. No more goalies competing to be #1 or sharing #1. Skinner earned his #1 spot.

  8. I really don’t care for any of these players to be honest especially Allen. If he doesn’t want to come to Edmonton then we don’t want him or need him. Each line has been producing it’s not the first 2 lines like it was last year. Adding Perry was a plus and I think they need to keep what they have.

  9. I know this was not the topic of this video…Not really a fan of moving on from Kulak till the off season, as we will want depth going into playoffs, and Broberg is that key peron for the LHS. On RHS I would rather keep Ceci unless both a definite improvement is found and Campbell is moved out as part of the package.

With that said my favorite trade out is Campbell with a swetener ie the 1st and maybe a middle prospect for future considerations. I would then use the cap space for a sizable bottom 6 addition with the remaining space going towards browns bonus this year vs kicking it into next years cap.

  10. Out of those five, Walker could be nice. Foegele stays right where he is, and we just got Perry, so Duclair is not necessary. However, it'd be nice to get one more bottom six forward – why not Pat Maroon? I'd replace Brown with Gagner, and have Maroon on the left wing, dressing Janmark as a 13th or swapping him in whenever needed.

  11. Henrique would be nuts. Not sure how they pull that off money wise. I guess they’d have to give up some high picks to have Anaheim retain anything. Henrique has been tearing it up lately. 13 pts in his last 11 GP.

  12. Yeah, can't see how Walker is an upgrade over Ceci. Team is playing great defense. Ceci is certainly doing his part. Maybe adding Walker as a depth player would work, but nothing more than that. As for goalie I continue to like Markstrom. Skinner 1A, Markstrom 1B, and Pickard 1C. In a long playoff grind, which should be this year, having three is a must.

  13. Honestly, most of this "trade talk" is just stupid. There IS a salary cap ya know! Why sink the team's future to make some risky sideways move that may or may not work out?
Replacing Oilers with players from other teams that are not even better value, and struggling on losing teams. I'm sure glad that YouTubers don't run the team. All the team should do is wait for the trade deadline and see if there are some good deals being offered, or a chance to painlessly offload Campbell. The Oilers are finally in a position of strength, so Holland should act like it.
I like Duclair as a player, but c'mon… Foegele in 45 games is 10-16-26 vs Duclair in 44 games 8-8-16 and Duclair's cap hit is $250K MORE! What idiot would make that deal?

  14. The players I’d watch for from each position.
    G – Kaapo Kahkonen
    D – Nick Jensen
    F – Nic Dowd
