Talking about bottom 6 replacements makes me think about all the players in our system that are already on the cusp of making the team. You have Kaut, O'Conner, Shane Bowers. I think we should avoid making moves at the trade deadline unless it involves offloading cap space to ensure we can sign our big name contracts. Landy, deserves to get a good contract, and Gruby will probably want a reasonable contract too 4 mil if I were to guess.
why would you want to move jost? he makes basically league minimum. there are some people who have broken their brains over tyson jost. JT compher makes 3.5/year. Trade him.

Next season / late this season we should be getting Newhook who should be an immediately upgrade at the 3C. Everyone loves Calvert but he's not irreplaceable on this team with the prospects they have. Bellemare is unfortunate but keeping him on the books for one more year(?) isn't the worst contract to have across the league.
