Was hoping for a nico jersey if i couldnt get nemec. Jerseys went on sale as i was driving home from work. Managed to get a hughes one in my size
The NHL considers itself a top 4 North American league. What they fail to mention is that they are very much #4 for now, and seem content with even falling behind to #5. MLS is going to have a huge boom, between their already growing fandom and the fact that the World Cup will be played in N. America in 2026.
The NHL botches so many details when they have generally good ideas overall. Make an outdoor event, bring in a concert, use the venue for 2 games to maximize sales/tix. But they forget to sell the special jerseys… Inexcusable for a multi-billion dollar league.
I was busy early at work I missed my chance guess won’t get one for awhile they clearly didn’t think this out also. Ppl saying Hughes one won’t come till March either

Hilarious that they didn’t include a Bratt jersey. They legit probably ordered McLeod jerseys with how unaware and tone deaf the marketing seems to be.

So I was going to be a weirdo and get a Lazar SS jersey. He’s my favorite Devil right now, busts his ass doing yeoman’s work, and it seemed like the perfect intentionally weird choice for an intentionally weird one-off jersey.
I spent a lot of time debating if this jersey was worth my hard-earned cash, because I like it but I do not love it. I had decided to bite the bullet, knowing I’ll wear it 5 times in the next 20 years and probably regret it.
Little did I expect THAT IT WOULDN’T EVEN BE AN OPTION to choose a player, only Jack and Nico authentics would be available for about 30 minutes. Jack wouldn’t even have the A patch, and neither would have the Stadium Series patch.
Well thanks Fanatics and Adidas and NHL, I guess, for saving me $250. I know Hockey Authentic will carry them in a few days and they will sell out within minutes but….you know what?
I don’t need this, and so far I don’t really want to remember this season. So I guess all is good.
I had a 50 in my cart and it sold out. Please tell me these will be dropping with more stock 🙁

Why is the red on these so obnoxiously bright. I was under the impression it was the same red we use on our normal home/away. Is it not?
Not related to today’s sale, but I’ve been meaning to share this since the release … but a real miss on the collar tag. How about something like Back to 16W / Meadowlands or something relevant to their past. There is already a Stadium Series patch (well on the ones the players will wear at least.)

Wanted a Nico, but they were gone before I got on the site. Was able to preorder a Jack in size 50 right before they were gone. Figured I can sell it if/when I can find a Nico in my size. Also had to order a patch separately which is absurd. This whole thing is a shit show, and they should be embarrassed.
Are the authentic adidas ones going back on sale at some point?
