This jersey release was definitely handled wrong but I did manage to get 2 yesterday on the NHL shop. Snagged a Hischier when they went on sale at 9am. I was afraid I wouldn’t get anything so I bit the bullet. Then grabbed a Bratt (which is what I really wanted) when they dropped the any name, any number around 2pm. Why they didn’t have both available at 9am is a head scratcher but I’m guessing that may have been part of the plan to make some extra money with restocking fees. Now I’ll have 2. I don’t need 2 and I certainly don’t need to spend the extra money. So I’ll most likely return one and they’ll get their extra $10 for a restocking fee. Now I have choices to make, Hischier might come better the game but the Bratt definitely won’t. 🤦♂️
