Hearing these announcers makes me appreciate what we have had in Vancouver since the 70s. From Robson to Hughson to Shorthouse to Batchelor, it's just one great announcer after another. These homer American announcers barely acknowledge that the other team scored. Our announcers actually make the game exciting because they let you know regardless of what team scored or got a great save.
The canucks have a great chance but i feel they need one more piece somebody that has that dig down grit a team first character

How amazing it is that both Kuzmenko and Lindholm, traded for one another, scored the first goals of their new teams in their first games (Lindholm scored two!), and on their first shots on goals for the first teams too! This must be the first for the NHL, someone research this, please!
What makes Hughes special is he meant to shoot it that wide. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Obviosly players dont get a plus for being on the ice while the team scores in power play.
