I know this was one of the trades people were sad to see Vladi leave STL, but Doug made the right decision. Got assets from the rangers, and since leaving Vladi obviously hasn’t gotten the value in the open market he thinks he’s worth.
Definitely was the right trade at the time. Vlad the Impaler will always be a legendary Blue, but he wasn’t putting up numbers in his final season with us. Army def made the right call there.
We’ll take him for a 4th and Krug
