I maybe am in the minority of Jackets fans here, but I want Boone for as long as he’s healthy and wants to be here. He’s the last holdover from the glory days of the late 2010s, he clearly loves the city (he got married here and had his after party at Easton), and he has been in the league long enough to know a lot of people. We need at least one player that spends their entire career here to help combat the narrative that no one wants to be in Columbus.

I’m not a Columbus fan and got this post recommended to me but as a Jets fan I hate how the media sees us small market teams as just feeder teams for the bigger markets. It’s like ya sure make fun of us and take our star players for a bag of pucks and sure we ll retain all the salary as well.
