The fact that he failed to identify the ability to put together a team as opposed to several individuals says all I need to know about him as a GM.
There are a ton of teams stuck between buy and sell at this point
As tempting as it is to rip GMKA a new one, I would like to know Terry’s thoughts as well as to why this team has been downward spiraling since day one and nothing has been done to address this. KA is the 3rd GM that was hand picked by this ownership and all the results have been the same. Draw your own conclusions.
