Sean Monahan aux Jets de Winnipeg ???

À mon avis, les Jets ont trop abandonné pour Monahan. Je peux me tromper mais j’en doute.

  1. Rev Blackhawks traded a 1st and 3rd for a 3rd line center Vermette and won the cup. When you're all in, you gave up what you have to to get what you need.

  2. Jets didn’t overpay, at all.. it’s late first round pick and they already have Canadians 2nd round pick which is close to the jets first round pick so it’s not a loss at all… monahan is only costing the jets 1.7 m whereas lindholm is a harder hit on the cap

  3. A bottom of the barrel First Round Pick in a very weak draft and a conditional if they win the cup in 2027 lol. Winnipeg also holds Montreal's high Second Round Pick from the PLD trade to LA.

  4. Its almost like you people dont pay attention to the trade deadline every year lol it was lunacy to think Monahan WOULDN'T get a first rounder.

Middle 6 C on pace for over 50 points on one of kf the worst offensive teams in the nhl with only 1 year left on his very cheap contract? If anything Montreal probably couldve gotten more for him if people werent worried about his injury history.

  5. Lindholm and monahan are essentially on the same level… neither are anymore than a line 2 center… monahan is easily center 2 on the jets

  6. Monahan is a play driver. Played most of the season with a washed up Gallagher and washed up Pearson and then with Armia and Evans (4th liners). Absolutely carried them. When he wasn’t on the ice and those other guys were you really noticed it.

Don’t have such strong opinions about things you don’t know, just a piece of advice.

  7. Draft picks can't help a team win a Cup in 2024. There are fans who are always ready to overrate the value of 1st round picks. In terms of late 1st round picks 25-32, the odds to draft a star NHL player is about 2:15

  8. I can’t wait till the Jets make you eat your words, we beat your ass last year three times in a row by embarrassing margins. We’ve owned your team for very long period of time. Plus, it must be easy when you have two bottom feeders in your division when we only have one that’s really bad in Chicago

  9. Lindholm is a sieve, he was traded away from Carolina because he couldn’t cut it there, so Calgary picked him up and he benefitted from Matthew Tkachuck, so did Johnny hockey and look how crappy he is in Columbus

  10. Jets gave up a late 1st rounder in a weak draft without losing any roster players or prospects! What is Lindholms cap hit again? Monahan only 1.9 mil. What are you smoking?? Definitely won't follow your channel.
