  1. Whatever they do, it cannot be like last year where they were rentals only. The priority is on obtaining more than one defenseman. I still believe a coaching change with an experienced, proven winner, is right up there in priority.

  2. Bertuzzi was an absolute beast for the Bruins in the postseason last year. There has to be a valid reason why it's not working in Toronto and the easy thing to do is to blame it on him, but is he being used effectively by Keefe?

  3. It’s time to be completely honest about the Leafs. This team isn’t very good. Although I would welcome Chris Tanev with open arms, I’m not sure there are too many ways to improve this roster when $8.5 million from Bertuzzi and Domi have produced a combined 10 goals this season.

  4. Leafs are wasting the core 4 prime years now without adding a solid team around them but we can blame the inflated contracts they got. Leafs won`t be a contender until Tavares contract is off
    the books.

  5. I really appreciate that you guys are staying open minded. So many people are talking about how the Leafs only choice this year should be to stand pat, and while I agree with that if prices are too high, I firmly believe we should be looking to improve. Just avoiding rentals. As you so rightly pointed out, the East is wide open. Matthews and Nylander deals go up a combined like 6M next year, we simply should not be throwing in the towel on this season. Obviously we can't fix everything in season, but that doesn't mean you do nothing. Make a hockey trade, improve both now and for the future. And yeah more work will need to be done in the offseason to build on any moves we make now. A top 2-4D and a bottom 6 upgrade who can PK (ideally a center) doesn't fix all our issues by any means, but it would help us tremendously.

  6. The Leafs have a Cup Competing Team when You add the Juniors.
The Owners and Management Don't Want Them to be the Stars and that is why You don't see Them Show Their Stuff.
Keefe is Hired to make Mathews , Marner and Nylander look Good , Not Win the Cup or Help other Players Look Good.
Those 3 Players matter more to the Team than Anything Else.
    WHY?

  7. Love how these vids are time stamped.
Move bertuzzi for a decent defenseman who isnt a ufa. And basically just go with what you got. Do the heavy lifting at the draft and offseason. i.e trade marner

  8. About the secondary scoring, it is also not coming from the defensemen. The Leafs are near the bottom of the league for goals by defensemen with 16. Colorado leads the league with 46. Even Montreal is second in the NHL with 34. Rielly has 7 goals, this is one more than Habs' Justin Barron who is now in the AHL. I guess that Klingberg was supposed to help.

  9. I would only give up two 3rd round picks for Chris Tanev and Illigerent and a few assets that the Leafs don't need but hold on to your big assests for bigger trades next year in the offseason and the next trade deadline. Like Noah Hanifin to me is better than Tanev but he is a left shot defenceman so maybe trade Giordano to finish his career in Calgery again? Or trade Beniot and a 2nd and 3rd and a 4th and a asset for Hanifin. Maybe get Parayko from St Louis? If I was Toronto dont get much up for Tanev and than get Hanafin get Parayko. And than I would get Markstrom from Calgery. And for a Second line RW go get Konecney from Philli. Be nice to get a similar player like O Rielly but someone better than him to play on the 3rd line. Than work on the 4th line. Also Brodie should be a trade option as well. Even though I use to like Brodie its time to move on including Giordano and illigerent and maybe Benioy

  10. I’d give up a first and a prospect for Tanev AND Hanifin if you could get some assurances they’d resign.

  11. Domi is actually a pretty good point producer for the Leafs when you factor in his minutes, even if he isn’t scoring

  12. THANK YOU BRUNO FOR SAYING WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT JOHN T AND HIM LEAVING! I can’t wait till Tavares is gone!!!! The guy is fucking garbage and not captain material!!!

  13. Thank god Matthews lived up to his hype or even exceeded it…Imagine where the leafs would be if Matthews was a draft bust.

  14. Knies is on line with Marner and matthews, matthews passes to Marner and Marner passes to matthews. Neither one of those guys trust knies.

  15. Bertuzzi has never or most of the time in years pass been a big scorer on any team. 5.5 is way to much for him.

  16. The Tavares money is going to Nylander $4.5 plus $1.6 for Matthews and Mitch will want $1.7 which leaves $3.3

  17. Unless the Leafs can trade away one or two of their four Leaf $11Million forwards – isn’t basically impossible to improve the Leafs – enough for a playoff run?😀

  18. If Hanifin was available and his price is 7.5 mill per year on extension still as rumoured I would go all in. Would fit in nice on second pair. Basically replaces Brodie next year.

  19. That show was dope, only remember Ryan Long vs Jackie Redman.

They need to bring by U8TV The Lofters too.

  20. Bert and Domi are doing absolutely 💩 BAD signing these 2 should be scoring goals like at least 20 by now each …Can not depend on JT what so ever that's another 1
