I agree with you, this year is a stinker, I dont think we should trade high picks bc it could end up biting us in the butt.
A little bit disappointed in Fitzy in not stopping the bleeding but with all the injuries and the Mcloed shit, i think this year is a wash 🙁
It’s enticing but I would like them to stand pat for now and address it in the off season. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think they are going to get in this year.

Will need a nice long winning streak for any hope for the playoffs. Consistency has been an issue for this team all season due to injuries, poor team defensive play and disappointing goal tending. Agree with you about being cautious. Probably too late for a big move now and may be better to wait until the off season to make the changes that are necessary.

It's a bad move to do business with Calgary. You don't sell the farm for an old cow. If this were Saros, Askarov, or Swayman, then yes, all prospects are available in addition to Holtz.
Yeah, very exciting news. Letd overpay for an old goaltender that is NOT going to fix this team in the off chance they manage to squeek into the playoffs. I just have this feeling fitz is going to overpay for a tender that maybe has 2 years left in the tank
They should just let Daws play out the season.

I agree , I don’t like Markstrom’s age or contract but at the same time the team could really use an upgrade. They could also use another power forward because Timo is invisible most of the time.. Anyway, Fitz has an almost impossible job to do because it’s not easy finding these players.
