Can’t get too bent out of shape about that. That was just a stone cold goalie battle. Markstrom played incredible, Shesterkin just played better tonight.
Well that’s hockey I suppose. Gassed and down a forward and the Rangers had a lot a trouble against us still. Big difference from a month ago. I hate to lose but I can see the positives let’s see how the boys react

Amazing how they decide to call a penalty on the flames with seven minutes left and then swallow their whistle for the remaining five minutes as the Rangers hook and hold and interfere with the flames as they held on for dear life.

Not upset, but very disappointed for Markstrom. Guy didn’t deserve a regulation loss.
I hate the Rangers so I’m pretty salty about this loss, but I’m not too upset with how we played. Really upset about Pelletier, hope he’s okay.

Poor defensive showing from the flames, got abused by a hard forecheck and coulda easily been blown out
Markstrom is covering a lot of flaws recently trading him would drop the team in the standings fairly quickly
Hope Pelletier’s injury isn’t long term if it is it could have an impact on his long term career
Well, if the Flames aren’t going to win, at least it looks like the Kraken and Coyotes will lose in regulation.
Close L to a really good team and Zary and Marky looked great, gotta have a nice home stretch
That was just a fun game to watch. Can’t say that about many games last season. The boys just look more dynamic and creative than we’ve seen in a while. The forecheck was unreal for the whole third period. There was just a work ethic tonight that made it fun even with the loss. Marky deserved a dub, but Igor was a monster. Onto the the next.
My god, that was a goalie clinic. Shades of 2022 R1 Marky Vs Otter.
I’m not even mad that we lost that game. Solid effort and it was a greasy rebound goal for the GWG.
