Been a flyers fan growing up in Toronto since all my life well 6 years old on the flyers part maybe 5 lol from I saw them on the hockey cards and the stickers I collected from the Loblaws collection …
Love the way he answered the ques about the young athletes. He tried so hard not to call the kids punks…did a great job of it but yeah, bottom line, the kids today are just punks.

Torts teaching the "kids" that you must earn everything you get. You are entitled to nothing.
Sometimes I really think Torts doesn't hate talking to the media as much as he claims. I think he's way more into having "hockey conversations" like this media availability. The difference being when the media hounds him about stuff he doesn't want to talk about, that's when he gets upset. This interview and some recently really just seem like people having a conversation, rather than a coach being interviewed, and I'm really here for it.
