I really hate the embellishment call when a penalty is committed.
Like… he was hooked. Ref guaranteed wouldn’t call it if he didn’t go down.
I feel like embellishment should be reserved for trying to deceive the ref when a penalty wasn’t committed (ex. flinging your head back to sell a phantom high stick)
There should only ever be one penalty – either the offence or embellishment. IMO.
