Cotes Moneypuck – 16/02/24

Yeah I definitely don’t agree with us having a 93% chance of making the playoffs at this point. Still way too much hockey to play, and the points race for 3rd and 4th is still way too tight.

  2. I agree with 90+% chance to make the playoffs.

4th best chance to win the cup? Seems like a reach, but you gotta love our veteran presents!

  3. It’s funny because other than last year I’ve always felt that moneypuck kind of undervalued the bolts and this year they are (in my opinion, especially with Sergy out), vastly overestimating them. Hope they’re right, lol.

Vasy is hot the top line is hot. Our defense is getting better. If we keep this momentum building to the playoffs I can see another deep run.

I never trust MoneyPuck that being said…

Vancouver Canucks vs Tampa Bay Lightning – Stanley Cup final,

Let’s go, the Stanley Cup final we deserved back in 2011

I think this year will be fun because there are no real expectations. No longer coming off SCF appearances, I think we’re slipping under the radar a bit.

I’m eager to see what we look like after the trade deadline. Losing Sergachev is tough but that’s a lot of cap space. If JBB can find some cheap depth adds, that may end up being a positive for this team given how top heavy we are. Probably don’t have the assets for a big fish but could potentially add 3 or 4 under the radar depth guys
