I’m all for it. Love 💕 Harvey, he was the first NHL mascot and yet somehow never gets the love from voting of mascots or recognition. He is not even in the mascot hall of fame, he was the first!!! How can he not be in? Maybe in Toronto with the media attention they will notice him.
