I think the owners need to look at dubis..cause if this is the kinda stuff we r going to deal with..then i may need to switch teams..cause i cant keep watching this team self destruct,well i guess its beyound that now..this team.meaning gm..an coach..never let the good guys from the minors, stay if they r good..or the keep them when they arent doing anything. He was incredibly nervous the other night. I was at the game the other night and he looked incredibly shaky. Get the puck and just send it back to the point whether someone is there or not. He will obviously collect himself in time, but……. As for putting him with Malkin, that 2nd line has looked lethargic. We will see I guess.

I love the Pens, but I’m having a very hard time watching this team. It’s time to get rid of Guenrzel , because this team’s not winning nothing. Smith, Rakell, Joseph, can go, and Graves if it is even possible to move that horrible contract.🤦 please bring in youth, and energy players, I can’t watch another game. Those players I mentioned bring nothing and have no heart. Dubas managed to put a team together worse than last year’s team😂 , and that’s hard considering Hextall was trying deliberately destroy this team.

In reality what difference does it really make? Neither Rakell nor Smith nor DOC nor anyone else has been able to score on Malkin's wing this season. We're debating which chair to put on which deck on the Titanic.
Put Smith and Rakell with Sid. They have both struggled at times this year and time with Sid might just be what wakes them up. Put Rust with Geno.
I don’t know what else they can do at this point…also the odds of Phillips being really good aren’t very high but he was a pretty prolific scorer at the AHL level and at this point with no options it’s worth a try.
What are they doing? I think what Jagr would refer to it as, is "Dying Alive".
Move Smith up to the first line with Sid and Rust to see if there is any chemistry and move Rakell back with Geno. We know Geno and Rakell have had chemistry in the past. Putting Phillips on the 2nd line is ensuring that you get no production from that 2nd line. This is a 1 line team right now.
This really is a collective team gag/choke. I dont know that I;ve seen teams do something like this before. Sullivan seems to be in desperation mode just trying any/all combo's hoping something will immediately click, not having the luxury of sticking with a combo and giving the combo time to gel.
