  1. I was at the game against the Ducks. I was very frustrated with another bad home ice performance. Am I done with the team? Absolutely not. I’m completely on board to develop a young team into a competitive team. Our fans are overlooking the importance of the long term goals and are too fixated on the team merely making the playoffs.

  2. 13 players contracts are up: Bryson, Comrie, Girgensons, Johnson,Jokiharju, Jost Krebs, Luukkonen, Mittelstadt, Okposo, Olofsson, Robinson, Stillman.
    Keep Mittelstadt, Robinson, Luukkonen…
Most of these players made just below average salaries, can Adams afford to replace them with players that we really need ?

  3. I say this from afar for several years..I do not understand why this organization continually hires earnest knowledgeable coaches…who are not Head Coaching presence.

It would be great to see a coach who generates an energy in the team. A lack of confidence from fans I totally totally get it.

To pass on Gerard Gallant or Bruce Boudreau..maybe these are not analytic oriented coaches but either one would bring a relentless enthusiasm and passion for the game. I remember Boudreau in his early games with the Caps and what he brought to Anaheim. I posted Gallant as a possibility for Vegas on Facebook when the expansion was official. And attended one of their first practices here in Vegas.

There are many examples of coaching successes in NHL in recent years. Remember Jon Cooper coming to Tampa. Jared Bednar to Avs. Berube and Blues. Rid Brind’Amour with Canes.

You have plenty of excellent players here in Buffalo. And this has been the case for many seasons. But it’s just confetti .. snowflakes sifting through the air if you have the player talent from high draft class years…but don’t select from the vast crop of elite coaches..a guy who pulls things together and generates a memorable approach fans can see for themselves. 🎯🏒🥅🚀✅
