Tell me they don’t love this guy on their bench. I have not understood the Reaves hate this year. He’s not here to be a finesse player, lol. He took way too much heat for shitty Defensive play when 3/4 of the team has been as bad or worse at times.
Players fucken love this guy and it shows. They at least know someone has their backs, also has made some tough Leafs even tougher, having him there. He will be dressed vs. FLA/BOS. Should be fun.

i’m feeling like this year’s team is different than last year’s, albeit this is probably the 5th year in a row i’ve felt that. but i think theres a weight lifted from the stars and they seem to be aligning and gelling with the right players to play around. god i hope i’m right

It’s funny because out of all the teams we’ve had in the core 4 era, this one seems to be the one with the most character and in a good way but got the most slack at the start of the season and almost midway.
The team now has a concoction of all the characteristics a winning team has.
Just one a top line dman away.

Not sure why, but the reaction felt very notable to me – this might be the first time since the core entered the league, where they don’t look completely allergic & repulsed by the physicality in the game.
