  1. Leafs management isn't thinking outside of the damn box and keeps going after these god awful players.

  2. I like the move, Boosh will at least throw some hits, and he plays right, nobody expects him to rush the puck or run the PP, just be a 3rd pairing guy who plays hard,,,,,and really, the cost was minimal a 3rd round pick is probably going to be 4 or 5 yrs away from making the NHL……and the window for winning the cup is most likely the next 2/3 years.

  3. He plays d! We need d, he’s an all out d! That’s ok. We need d. You Canadians wow! 😂👎 Ηλίθιε

  4. This is a depth trade at best. Up to date stats before being traded from Anaheim to Toronto

    55GP – 0G – 4A

    51 PIMS (-13)

Averaged 17:08 TOI – all ice time came at ES and PK.

Credited with 112 hits / 138 shot blocks

Predictable player. Bottom pairing – right shot – defenceman who can match up against middle six forwards and find a role on the penalty kill.

Average plus skater. Below average puck skill. Very limited making plays. Simple is best. Glass and out when nothing available.

Expiring contract – Pending UFA .

  5. Not very good? He had the best defensive metrics on the Leafs during his time here.
If anyone is overrated, it's Reilly. The team does far better without him. They won more without him, and lose more with him. The numbers don't lie. And don't give me that playoff talk bs, we've won only one round out of like, 8, with him as our number 1 d.

  6. Shouldn't the outlook and take be why would they pay "so much" for a meh addition and its obviously the salary retention which is teeing up a significant move

  7. From a rumor that Atlantic division team linked to Mario Ferraro and sharks only retained 50% on Ferraro and 2 time cup champ RD Jan Rutta and F Luke Kunin and from rumor that Atlantic division team pushing hard to get a deal done and other team maybe involved to retained cap hit on Jan Rutta or Luke Kunin. Which team is a question mark could be leafs or Panthers or lightning or Red wings from the rumor and sharks are not open shopping Mario Ferraro from insider but could listen to offers for him and from rumor that Sharks still listening and in rumor that Atlantic division team may have made offer and has got the sharks interest and in rumor that 1st and 3th and other parts in play.

  8. This is a smart move by Treviling i believe there going after another D man for the right side and Toronto maple Leafs should try and get a heavy forward Go Leafs Go

  9. Depth right handed D for 75% retention all for a 3rd and a 6th round pick is pretty good value if you ask me. Not the trade that is going to move the needle I am sure but a good depth move. I like it.

  10. I didn't want him to leave a couple of years ago, so I'm glad he's back. You have to remember that not only is he playing on a bad Ducks team, but he was playing with a rookie all year. He'll be fine on Toronto and he fits the right side, which we badly need right now. Because of the 75% retention, it's obvious that there's another deal on the horizon.
