I’m going to say I trust Drury has a plan, but inside I’m starting to get real worried. Hitting the deadline without a new RW would be going in to the playoffs with one hand tied behind our back.

Not sure why you guys think Buch is even a possibility. Drury sent him out and I’m sure it wasn’t just a hockey decision. I think we end up with Vatrano but I’d be absolutely shocked if Buch comes back.

Vatrano for a first+ will feel dumb if you could’ve gotten duclair for a 3rd+
YES I KNOW you get Vatrano for next year… But a first is a first and should be reserved for elite players (like guentzel or buch)
Duclair isn’t exactly worth a good prospect and a 3rd imo. He wasn’t the answer for our top line anyways, guy has never proven to be anything more than a middle sixer at best.
Is there any expectation that Othmann makes the jump to the big club for the playoffs as a third RW and we have KK, AL, and BO down the right for the top 6?

Tamoa clearly doesn’t have the defense to make a deep run, same as last year
Maybe the player from Anaheim Drury might trade Kakko for is Zegras. Kakko and Goodrow for Zegras and a pick. Maybe Wenberg plays RW then?
this was a layup trade for Drury and wouldn’t pull the trigger. no idea what the plan is
the next best players would be guys like Roslovic and Danforth, who would probably cost around the same. highly doubt Drury is interested though.
