@Islanders de New York

1. Isles route nhl worst sharks 7-2 vs. a b league goalie i never heard of. Isles never let up. No sj comeback this time. The good-13/14/29 remain hot. Bad-pk gives up another goal.
    TDL news. East teams loading up. Canes get guentzal in fleecing of pens who get 3 prospects and first in deal. Plus bunting as dufas brings one of his former soo g'hounds he loves and had in t o to pitt now. Nice pick-up for canes who get needed scorer if they want to get out of east. tb gets depth scorer in duclair for two picks. b's, det. have done nothing. Laffs get edmundson for picks from caps including laff third t o got for 18. And beau on the move again. Now a pred re-united with trotz. Maybe trotz can get beau going again. Beau just can't get it going. Late isles rumours-Isles eyeing kerfoot as louzers obsession with laff players continues. Also isles and cats in on chychrun. Would give isles some mobility and some offensive punch on blue line if acquired and would be an upgrade over declining 24. Expect 26 to go in any deal. And louzer, dump 15 to a team needing fourth line grit like wings or laffs. Get some measly pick for 15. Ebs, buch, toffoli still out there. With this hot streak and playoff spot right there for the taking does louzer get itchy now to pull the last minute trigger on a deal? Stay tuned…

  2. My biggest fear is that Lou trades a 1st Round pick for a marginal mid forward who is 31+

    Perhaps 2nd Round plus Oliver W for Conor Garland😊

  3. Great that the Isles control their destiny now, but no room for error. Would love to see Buchnevich if that was possible without a first rounder being traded.

  4. Outside of the Devils and obviously the Flyers I don't see any team possibly standing between the Isles and third. Can the Flyers keep this up for the last twenty? I doubt they'll fold but the Isles are completely different now, outshooting teams as opposed to being outshot every night. Devils lack goaltending. Caps have given up and the Pens are toast. In addition the Bolts aren't looking so good.

  5. I didn’t expect less, well executed no,great perfect plays no,managed to beat a poor team yes, the islanders should run through the Ducks great show thank you Gil, LGI !!!

  6. Good 🌄, Gil, how are you? The Islanders went into some 🦈 infested waters, and came out of it alive. They scored 19 seconds into the game and THEY NEVER LOOKED BACK. The 3 "B's" looked great. They didn't get Taraschencko, he's going to South Florida. Bo Horvath was the hero with 2 goals, Brock Nelson with 2 assists, and Ilya Sorokin, solid in the nets. NO 🐐. Now The Islanders have to go downstate first to Disneyland, and then they go Hollywood. I'm worried, Gil, if they don't do any wheeling and dealing, I HOPE IT DOESN'T BITE THEM IN THE BEHIND. If Lou Lamoriello does play Let's Make A Deal, don't let it be with a first round draft choice. Just so you know come draft ⌚, 50 years ago,an unknown 17 year old kid was drafted by The Islanders
    in the 2nd round, and we all know how that turned out. I'm only bringing that up because anything could happen. Patrick Roy has done a fine keeping them focused, and it showed. Hear from you on Monday, unless there's a trade, and LET'S GO ISLANDERS.

  7. It’s actually nice to watch a team play well I am so torn do I want a good player to help team make playoffs or stay as is and ride it out knowing it ain’t good enough to do much in playoffs! What do you think

  8. Good morning team. Gil, you're right. Not the best played game by the Isles. They did play well enough to win. Even if we were still slumping, I was expecting a win. Would have been a huge surprise is the result was reversed. I'm not happy about the PK giving up a goal, but we had a PP goal as well. Two points is two points. I would have been happy to get them even if the game ended 7-6 in our favor. Was hoping Florida could have taken care of the Flyers, but oh well. Looks like we'll have to catch the Flyers on our own. So, I have to ask.. What is Lou going to do later today, if anything?? As a GM, would he include the thoughts of Patrick Roy, and what he wants for the team? Well, it's Friday. Everyone have a great weekend and enjoy the game Sunday. We're on a back to back with the Ducks and Kings. See you all Monday. Until then.. Let's Go Islanders!!
