Pensez-vous que Lias Andersson devrait tenter sa chance dans la grande équipe ? Je regarde beaucoup les matchs de Laval et je trouve qu’il joue vraiment bien et il a 31 points en 38 matchs ce qui n’est pas mal !

I completely forgot we had him. they need him to make the playoffs probably. maybe if we send roy back down at some point he could be a potential call up.

Honestly, Gignac is probably the Laval forward that’ll get recalled if there is an injury.

He’s already been up before and knows the system.

I’d assume that it’s more likely if the Rocket don’t make the playoffs. They wouldn’t want to handicap the AHL team to have him join a team that’s soon to be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

  5. I also watch Laval games, and although Andersson plays well *for that level of hockey*, he lacks the upper echelon of skills, and doesn’t have any outstanding strength (skating, hockey IQ, etc) to get him to that next level.

He’s the definition of Jack-of-all-trades, Master-of-none. Just even attributes accross the board. He could still make the NHL someday, but most likely in his late 20’s, when his entire game has grown.

I don’t see why you wouldn’t give him a look just to know what you have.

Gorton drafted this guy in the 1st round so he wants to give him a 2nd chance in this org. Not likely to ever play with the Habs but you never know.
