1. The Bruins' are fine right where they are. Quit trading high draft picks at the trading deadline.. and qualify for the postseason with the roster you put together in August/September.. before the season starts. ( stock up on future draft picks )

  2. for me if they can sign hanifin in the offseason we did well to not give up a lot. wouldnt mind toffoli too

  3. What are you talking about trading Ullmark just to clear space. Then what would you trade to go get the player that would take that space. Don’t have that many chips.

  4. Did the Bruins do enough at the deadline? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

By "do enough" do you mean add enough to make them legitimate Cup contenders this year?

    Um, no.

They added an older, slower and injured Pat Maroon that's still out as he recovers from back surgery.

Sorry homers, you're getting 2024 "the wheels have fallen off" Pat Maroon. You're not getting 2019 SCF Pat Maroon, or even a much watered down 2022 Pat Maroon

As for Peake, it's just Don Sweeney pissing more assets away. Peake is a #7 d-man that Columbus wouldn't even play on a regular basis that they planned on buying out over the summer

Instead, Trader Donny stepped in and relieved CLB of the dead money Cap hit and even traded MORE future draft capital (a 3rd) and pissed away more salary cap space (Peake makes $2.75M through 2026) on a bottom or the roster guy they could have for NOTHING this summer

By "do enough" do you mean did Don Sweeney, after pissing all their draft capital away chasing his early round playoff chokes, do anything to either add draft capital or even some mid-tier prospects to help fix their seriously terrible draft capital problem and absolute crap Farm System?

    Um, nope.

Sweeney just did what he has done in the past, not trading guys they could have got assets for (like Debrusk & Grzelyck) to instead, keep them so they can be a part of this year's early round playoff fail, then not sign them in the off season so he can complete, completely pissing away those two as potential assets

Sorry Bruins Homers, keep crowing your lord and savior Don Sweeney King of the NHL but I get bad news for you…. Other than being the Ruler of Meaningless Regular Season Winning % Island

Your lord and savior is far too tied ruling these much crappier Islands most of the time:

NHL's Worst Draft Capital Island- Where the Bruins don't have a 1st or 3rd again until 2025, no 2nd again until 2026 and not even drafting until the 4th round this year

One of the Worst Farm Systems in the NHL Island- With that Farm System never been ranked better than 27th in any year Don Sweeney has been GM of the team and is currently universally ranked 30th just about every where you can find. Also, do you think that Crap Farm System Island is going to get any better with the Bruins having the NHL's worst draft capital situation? Um, nope

Failing to Win More than One Playoff Round 7 of the Past 8 Years Island- So all those regular season wins. They've led to nothing but one playoff choke or fail after another by Don Sweeney's Bruins (in addition to the no draft capital, cap prison and rotten farm system things).

Cap Jail Island- Which not only prevented them from fielding a much better team to starr the year but also prevented them from adding at the deadline (they couldn't retain salary) and they had to piss away even more assets (Taylor Hall) just to try an unearth some cap space to begin the season

Joe is very confident in the Bruins. He should be, JUST LOOK AT THE OVERALL RESULTS 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Other than the meaningless regular season wins THAT HAVE LED TO NOTHING BUT BAD RESULTS….. This is where Don Sweeney has led the Bruins:

7 of the past 8 years failing to win more than 1 playoff round
Back to back 1st round chokes after back to back 100 plus point regular seasons
    NHL's worst draft capital
One of the NHL's worst farm systems that is going to get worse with that whole "no draft capital" thing
    Cap Prison

I know. I know. I know, Bruins homers.

    Regular Season Wins 🤣🤣🤣

AND none of all of these OVERALL BAD RESULTS, aren't Don Sweeney's fault🤣🤣🤣

Good Grief Bruins Homer Nation. Good Grief🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  5. Defense first team!!
Do you watch the games? They don’t play a 3-2. They play a 4-1 with reckless abandon. And in our zone they never cover anybody because they don’t know how. If they didn’t have the goaltending they would be exposed.
