Watching this game you can hardly blame them, the Jets looked *mad*. The whole game they utterly smothered the Caps forecheck, a dump in was the safe play but there was no way they were gonna win the battle for it. Mustve been frustrating as hell.

Yup… typical selfish Ovi shining bright as always. He very rarely puts any effort into generating plays for other teammates on the ice. He only engages his jets (pun intended) when the other 4 guys on the ice with him have exhausted themselves first to set him up for a prime drive/shot opportunity.
This is the biggest reason I desperately want Ovi to fail at surpassing Gretzky’s goal record. He’s just not deserving of it.
