Keep in mind this kid just turned 23 a couple weeks ago, he plays on a very poor team and was drafted by the team with the worst development system in the NHL. This kid can play…no doubt about it. If Montreal manages to botch this and he gets away, mark my words if ANY NHL team gives him a shot to play on a good line, he will score 20-25 easily. He can shoot (as demonstrated above) and he's also quite good in front of the goal at deflections and rebounds. Montreal has done nothing to help this kid gain confidence and yet he still finds a way to show flashes of his ability. I like him and as a life-long Habs fan, I really hope he gets a chance to be the second line center next year and gets PP minutes, in other words I hope he is given every opportunity to succeed!
