Oh yeah. That was right to the head. There was no need for that hit.

  2. RailroadingFreedom

The head seems to snap back before the shoulder drops. Looks like head was the principal point of contact with the most force.

  3. elishaski

Elbow to head. Seems cut and dry but who knows.

  4. ApprehensiveTune3655

I gotta know, was the goal called back and a penalty given?

  5. Yep. When you go out of your way to make contact with a player’s head, the league will take a look at it, as they should.

  6. Philooch

We call that the ol Spicy Buffalo Wing.

  7. BBQBEERNBLADES

Definitely a suspension. Dirty as hell.

  8. weinerwatersoups

I honestly have no idea if they’ll suspend him or not. Manson pummelled Miller’s head directly into the boards and got only a minor, but others have gotten suspended for the same thing. Spin the wheel baybay

  9. anwright1371

According to PK Subban he should be commended on that hit

FL fans: ‘they just hate Florida for some reason!’

  11. fundiedundie

Panthers playing dirty? That never happens. /s

  12. mikesalami

What a turd. Runs into his head and then celebrates the goal.

At minimum, it’s 2 minutes for elbowing. The elbow was main contact point…doesn’t matter if it’s to head or body. Instant whistle when defenseman touches puck. 2 minutes powerplay ensues. However, I personally think it was more of a suspendable headshot.

  14. Alexander_Rover

Clearly a headshot. I’d have to say yes it’s a suspension.

  15. Slow-Debt-6465

    I mean for sure.

But parros runs DOPS, if you watch his career highlights ir low lights i guess his brain is scrambled. So who knows

  16. Sc00tzy

Should be a game at least but it won’t be. Or it will be. Idk man DOPS keeps me guessing

  17. Night_Hawk-2023

I have no skin in this game (FL/TB) but first point of contact was head. Should get 2 games but will probably get a fine.

  18. LithicWacke

    Yall know what to do….SPIN….THAT…..WHEEEELLLLL!!!

  19. MamuhSwan

High hit to the head. Replay and slow-mo shows us there was absolutely no attempt or thought to play the puck. So yeah.

  20. TMLVWFC

Should it be yes, but I have a sneaky suspicion this one will magically be nothing or a fine. Just a hunch

  21. StackThePads33

Yup. Definitely a headshot, gonna be a fine probably.

  22. Wing_Nut_93x

Florida being a dirty team no way I’m actually shocked.

  23. Adventurous_Nose_335

Looks like sheary got an elbow to the head and a slash to the back of the ankle at the same time there

  24. That1CoffeeDudeEthan

Don’t know how you can defend that considering he leaned into thr guy. Can’t even argue that he was low and unavoidable.

  25. afterbirth_slime

Yep suspension, or at least a hefty $2500 fine.

  26. AncientPCGuy

Yes. Aimed for head, get vacation.

  27. johnggarland

That’s a major and no goal…right? Then at least 4 game suspension given precedence from earlier this week.

  28. totally-hoomon

His elbow dropped before contact. Contact was intended but I don’t think an elbow to the head was intentional.

  29. Flipityscripity

If you look at the slow mo replay, he contacts shoulder first so that might play a factor

  30. DiggWuzBetter

It wasn’t an overly hard/nasty shot, but it was an elbow/shoulder straight to the head. 1-2 games IMO.

  31. stoverop99

Yes. Screw Florida and Tkachuck in particular.
