  1. I wasn't expecting a win today. The Rangers have had something like 5 games this week. Just an exhausting schedule. That Lindgren injury looked bad. Let's hope he's okay soon.

  2. Good complete game from the Rangers…. Speed killed the Fishsticks…. Mika, getting hot…… 🔥 L.G.R.!!!!!

  3. Lindgren is made of nails. Seeing him down like that, you have to think it's pretty bad

  4. Really funny how rags fans put the isles down and degrade them but have won 1 cup in 84 yrs, your soooo good!😅

  5. Ah the luck of the Irish was with the NY Rangers who are missing their grit: Rempe, Trouba, & now Lindgren. I know Ranger fans are down on Lafreniere and Kakko but now, I see why Drury pulled back. I think Alexis Lafreniere is going to be a consistent 65-75 point guy. Kaapo Kakko is starting to develop that instinct. He’s not going to be the second coming of Teemu Selanne but I do think he can get to a level of 23-25 goals with spurts of 30 goals every once in a while. For that to happen, I think he has to be a 3rd line guy who plays alongside speed and playmakers. The post season is going to be interesting. Don’t think anyone is safe. I’m not sure I would want to play the Lightning in the opening round.

  6. The second the first period ended as a rangers fan I knew it was a W islanders are really a first period team

  7. There is no "path to the playoffs" for the Islanders. What remains is 15 games of another disappointing season which hopefully leads to a change in the front office. There is a lot of work still to be done.

  8. shesterkin rounding into for is not bad news for EVERYbody unless Ranger fans don't count 🙂 But the truth is, Boston proved the regular season means pretty much nothing.

  9. I am sure Shannon will be taking the Isles down a few notches in the next power ranking. Big mistake Isles not selling at deadline.

  10. Gotta mention the UNB Varsity REDS! Perfect record, probably the greatest hockey team ever. Currently on a 46-0 win streak. 😁

  11. Rangers played a near perfect game today, outside the two turnovers that lead to both islanders goals it was pretty much total control of the game. No PP goals because the islanders got called for nothing despite the bar being set pretty low with the first couple calls. Islanders really didn’t generate much offensively all game and we had plenty of solid chances to score more on Sorokin.

  12. Lindgren going down for the season would be really sad for him and the team, hope it's not as serious as it looked.

  13. Non-PP goals from the 3rd and 4th Ranger lines is key for a long playoff run. Hoping Kakko and company can keep producing chances and confidence.
