It's time to start long winning streaks again Red Wings.
It's going to be a blast to watch this team skate around and fumble the puck away in our zone and offer up some nice goals. We need a legit goaltender and actural defensive players that know how to play defense. Going to watch like every other game just waiting for next season. Don't need to watch them limp into playoffs just to get wrecked in 4 games. No thank you.

Love seeing Reimer in net. Really liked his play in net. Any chances he’s given, for the most part he’s super competitive in net and gives the team a chance to win , with some key big saves
glad to see them bringing up the rookies they are the teams next chance.
Simon’s been prone to some big mistakes? Like the guys you’ve been putting out there night after night haven’t been. 😂

I like Lalonde but he seems to have a tendency to distance himself from the "coaching aspect" of the game as if he's some kind of an overseeing manager looking from above and not the actual coach of this team. I suppose that's just a way for him to take some pressure off of his shoulder but this "I'm doing the very best I can WITH THE TEAM I HAVE" kind of vibe I get from him is starting to annoy me. I'd like him to look pissed at the lack of effort we've been seeing from this team lately NOT to look detached from it. I really hope he's not like that around the team because honestly, he looks like he doesn't care and so is the team

Thankfully Ed is paired with Petry, that way there’s absolutely no way that he can look like the worst defensemen on the ice. 😂

You must play playoff hockey until the end of the season if we have a chance to sneak in the playoffs. My feeling is through no fault of his own Lyon has been overworked. The maximum he played in the NHL until this season was 14 games.
There's still enough games to win in order to have a chance to make it. Be honest, anyone who actually thinks properly knows they probably won't make it far in the playoffs. They're not quite there yet. More like the early 90s era of Red Wings if anything. That's just fine. Can't expect a lot just because we're suddenly in or close to a playoff spot. As for Petry, he gets way too much hate. No one is perfect. When it comes to Lyon, this is the most he's ever played he's simply just overworked. Which happens, James needs to play a little more. There's nothing wrong with that.

Their reason to call up Edvinsson was based on Walman being hurt? What about the fact that our D is playing abysmal and we have better Dmen in the AHL? Or that you have Holl just sitting out every game for no reason when hes probably better than at least 2 of our D. He coulda been moved at the deadline too if he's just sitting there. Make it make sense
