I think the Coyotes should change the yawning coyote head on their main jerseys to the Kachina head that was on the green thirds with the desert-scape
Love this series. A small criticism, I think it would be good to back up from the camera just a little, to get a better view of the bottom half of the jersey. Keep it up, man!

Wow every other fanbase killed off the mighty ducks logo and the Kachina… Now everyone realizes how badass they are and they're only thirds now… In Arizona's case honestly their current home/away jerseys are super nice keep the Kachina forever as a third. The ducks on the other hand the "D" can't compare.. that "D" needs to be a third and the mighty ducks needs to be full time I'd love to see the old school eggplant and teal but if they'd stick with the current thirds that's fine by me.

I was only 5 when the coyotes came to town, so yes I have always loved the Kachina Jersey, tho I would be lying if I said I never made the Joke the logo looked like a coyote on peyote fucked a fax machine. But I will always prefer the Kachinas to the new Jersey’s and the originals with the thick neck lining and not the Replica so tiny you can barely see the patter jerseys.

96-03 uniforms were fantastic. 2003-2008 was as snooze. 2008-15: I love the runnning coyote third jersey and I like the shoulder design on the road jersey. That's really it with that. Their current unis are okay. Third jersey could be something entirely different, for creative reasons. Still a great jersey though.

I never liked our current logo and I grew up with that logo I prefer the original. I wanted us to go back to the Kachina since I found out we had them. I became a fan in 3rd grade

When that Kachina jersey came out in the 90’s I fell in love with it and I’ve been a coyotes fan since I used to have both starter home and away kachina jerseys when I was a teen and stupid me got rid of them and I regret it dearly, I’m glad they’ve brought it back for an alternate jersey this year cause I hated their previous third jersey with the running coyote it was so minor league and cartoonish

Just speculation here and I am a Yotes fan… I feel like the Kachina brings people back in time. Fans from around the league know the NHL and remember when it came out and how the NHL was. More violent, more brutal. Although AZ doesn’t get much love from around the league, at least this jersey represents a time when when the NHL was different from now. I agree with you that the Kachina should not be the full time sweater. However, I love the Yotes wearing it every Saturday at home. Hopefully the team continues to grow and build… and hopefully they’ve gained some respect from fans around the league. Also…. if you’re going to have hockey in the desert…. AZ is the OG. Fuck Vegas.

Why doesn’t the coyotes go back to the kachina logo as a primary, even at the home games every one wears it, and a little portion of people use the holding coyote jerseys.
