Will this be the ducks 2nd win in 13 games?
This style of play is going to be the end of us against Kings who play it better, and against Avs and Oilers who just score through it through individual talent anyway.

why does this team constantly look like the team that runs out of gas because they played the other night despite having easily the most rest out of probably every single team in the league the past 3 weeks? this homestand was supposed to the part of the season where they solidify themselves for the playoffs and yet this shit keeps happening?

We’ve had a great season with some incredible hockey – but yeah our play as of late does not inspire confidence.
Ideally you’d like to get hot right as playoffs start, and we ain’t that.
One of the biggest questions for this team going into the post season was our lack of playoff experience. Coming in cold has got to sap a lot of confidence that this team needs.

Some of y’all need to stop having expectations as Canucks fans. It is a lot easier to ride the highs and lows without them.

Canucks hockey: match the skill level of any team you’re playing so that the fans don’t get bored watching.
Assuming the Canucks don’t give up the top spot to the Oilers, they will be the weakest division winner I have seen in recent memory. I mean what the fuck.
1) they randomly forget how to handle the puck (how many whiffed passes can you have in one game?)
2) they inexplicably forget how to play defense
3) a baby’s fart seems capable of knocking them over. The board play on the forecheck is maddening, watching the other team just shove players off the puck seemingly at will.
Are we the only team that has gone through 20 top-6 line combinations in the past 2 months? There’s never any consistency.
