Eh I dunno…it’s a notoriously tight lipped management team and being read the riot act while the team had the flu ripping through the locker room? Just seems like a stretch

3. I find it extremely hard to believe Steve would show up the coaching staff by directly upbraiding the team. It’s really not his managerial style at all.
It’s funny cause if you listen to Yzermans pre-early season interviews, he’s pretty adamant that the biggest thing he’s looking for is improvement from last season. I’d say they’ve accomplished that. Not in glorious fashion, but they’ve improved.
That website is only 4 years old, the “about us” section still lists Luke Glendening as a current Red Wings player, and the Privacy Policy says the website is “coloradohockeynow”. I guarantee you they don’t know anything about what happens inside the Red Wings organization. Furthermore don’t believe everything you hear on The Ticket. Radio is dying and that morning show has relatively new hosts. They are going to talk about anything as long as it’ll get people to call in
